360° Feedback · Built for MENA

360° feedback,
done properly.

BKTrack runs the full cycle: rater nomination, anonymous collection, rigorous scoring. It delivers a report designed like a consulting deliverable, with AI development suggestions written for each person, not from a template.

01 The cycle Four movements, one automated loop

One cycle, fully automated.
Every decision that matters, human.

BKTrack handles the operations: invitations, reminders, deadlines, and scoring. That frees the people running the program to focus on what feedback is for.

STEP 1

Set up the project

Choose the competency model, role levels, and timeline. Add participants individually or in bulk. Each participant nominates their own raters.

STEP 2

Feedback flows in

Raters respond through a secure link, with no accounts and no friction, on any device. Reminders go only to those who have not finished.

STEP 3

The report is generated

Scores from every group, blind spots, hidden strengths, verbatim voices, and AI written development suggestions. Generation is always a human decision.

STEP 4

Development begins

The report belongs to the participant. It is released when ready, and a coach can be there for the conversation, with access the participant approved.

02 The report The deliverable your leaders will keep

The report is the product.

Most 360° reports look like database exports. Ours is designed like a consulting deliverable: one idea per page, one visual language throughout, and a structure that moves from evidence to insight to action.

S

Snapshot

One page an executive remembers: overall score, competency shape, top strengths, top development areas, participation summary.

R

Results

Every competency and every behavioral indicator, broken down by rater group, with self assessment overlaid for instant gap reading.

I

Insights

Blind spots and hidden strengths: the five largest gaps between how you see yourself and how others experience you, in each direction.

V

Voices

Verbatim comments presented with dignity: anonymous quote cards grouped by rater category, never a wall of text.

D

Development

AI written suggestions for the five lowest scoring indicators, each specific, score sensitive, and framed for a coaching conversation.

Brings real clarity when priorities compete. I always know where we stand after a conversation.

Peers · Anonymous

Sets a calm tone under pressure. The team takes the cue from that steadiness.

Direct Reports · Anonymous

Could hand over work earlier. We find out about the plan once it is already running.

Direct Reports · Anonymous

Section 04, Voices. Every comment is anonymous and grouped by category, never by person.

03 Intelligence AI that writes for one person at a time

Written for the person,
not the template.

Every report closes with a suggestion for each of the five lowest scoring behaviors, generated by AI, constrained by rules a human approved.

Anchored to the evidence

Each suggestion is generated from the exact behavioral indicator, the role level of the participant, and the actual score, never from a generic library.

Score sensitive tone

A 2.5 and a 3.8 on the same behavior read very differently: foundational habits for one, refinement for the other.

Practical by rule

Three concrete actions per suggestion: named artifacts, timeframes, and words you can actually say. Abstract advice is a generation failure.

Locked once generated

No admin, coach, or participant can edit a suggestion after generation. What the participant reads is what was written.

Delegates work with clear expectations and follow up points

Delegation succeeds when the handover carries the same clarity as the plan behind it. At this score, raters across groups experience your handoffs as open to interpretation, which pushes decisions back to you and slows the team.

  • Write a single page handover note for your next two delegated tasks: the outcome, the deadline, and the first checkpoint date.
  • Close every handover conversation with the same question: what will you do first, and when will we look at it together?
  • Book the follow up in the calendar at the moment you delegate, not after problems appear.
Sample suggestion, locked at generation, written for discussion with a coach and not as a directive.
04 Trust Why raters tell the truth on BKTrack

Confidentiality is the architecture,
not a promise.

Honest feedback only happens when raters know they cannot be identified. On BKTrack, anonymity is not a display setting. It is enforced where the data lives.

Anonymity enforced at the source

Individual responses are never readable by any user role, not admins and not the organization. Scores exist only as group aggregates, computed inside the data layer.

Full tenant isolation

The data of every client organization is completely separated, enforced by row level security in the database and verified against the live system, not just the codebase.

Everything on the record

Report access, generation, release, and every sensitive admin action land in an append only audit trail. Silent reminders reach only those pending, and no one sees who.

Independently audited

A third party security review ran against the live database in July 2026. The confidentiality core passed, and every finding relevant to live operations was fixed and re verified in production.

The rule: any rater group with fewer than two responses is merged into Others, scores and comments alike, so no single voice can ever be attributed. Enforced in aggregation, not just on the page.

05 The region Built in Amman, designed for both directions

MENA native, by design.

BKTrack was not localized for the region. It was built here. Every layout, chart, and report template was engineered from day one to mirror between English and Arabic.

Two languages, one productThe site and the interface run in both directions on CSS logical properties, not a one direction layout flipped after the fact.
Reports that read right, both waysDirection aware layouts and a locked Arabic type pairing mean the Arabic report is a first class document, not a translation.
Written for regional workplacesEven the AI suggestions follow regional fit rules: no assumed forums, no cultural mismatches, language that works in a MENA office.
